4-0 out of 5 stars It is so much fun!!!!
This camera is a great way to break the ice at parties. I thought the picture would be too small, but the pictures came out pretty clear. The only problem I have is, on occasion, the film will not pull out properly, but it is easy to re-set. Love it!

1-0 out of 5 stars No wonder Polaroid went bankrupt.......
.......products like this approach the outer limits of absurdity...first, produce a camera that produces photographs so small you need a magnifying glass to view them...now combine it with a similarly "dinky" fm radio...makes Dilbert proud without a doubt.

5-0 out of 5 stars So good

Amazon.com Review

Polaroid's i-zone pocket cameras produce tiny, high-quality Polaroidpictures about the size of a frame of 35mm film (or your average postage stamp).The i-zones use either sticky or nonsticky instant film, so you can put yourpictures in a frame or stick them onto your notebook or CD player. While thecameras all have the same funky oblong plastic design, they are available in avariety of interesting color schemes. The silver edition is a solid silvercolor, while phat blue and fireball red are neonlike translucent monotones, andthe jade version is two-tone with an aqua green front and bluish back. Thecamera turns itself off automatically after each shot to conserve batterypower.

Each i-zone set comes with a camera and two AA alkaline batteries. Film is sold separately. Loading the camera is aseasy as dropping the film cartridge into the back of the camera and closing itback up. The trickiest part is remembering to pull the film tab out in one fluidmotion, without stopping--exactly like most other Polaroids. When you expose ashot and pull out the film, you get something that looks like a Band-Aid, withan image in the middle and extra paper on both ends. Just clip the extra paperoff with a pair of scissors and you have your final product. Be careful not tocut into the actual photo as you don't want to give the caustic paste inside achance to seep out and get on your fingers.

There are three exposure settings on the i-zone--indoors (with flash),outdoor/sunny, and outdoor/cloudy. Overall, the camera is probably best forsubjects within 2 to 8 feet, although we took pictures of downtown buildingsthat turned out pretty well. The outdoor/sunny setting requires bright sundirectly on the subject for a good exposure. Even if it isn't cloudy, try usingthe outdoor/cloudy setting if the subject is in shadow or if it is early or latein the day when the sunlight isn't at full strength. The flash seems to workbest from about 4 to 5 feet away.

The best part is figuring out what to do with the miniphotos once you've createdthem. The options seem to be limitless, from decorating cell phones to puttingthem in miniframes to creating photo albums. These cameras are affordable,simple to use, and a lot of fun. --Walt Opie ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars good novelty camera
The Polaroid i-zone is the same camera despite the surface color: the newer silver edition just looks sleeker than the older green, blue, and red versions. I've found the i-zone to be a good icebreaker at parties: they're fun to use and their novelty generates interest with other people. The mini i-zone Polaroids (no bigger than 2"x 2") develop out from the camera right away, just like regular Polaroids; so you can immediately share them with friends and family. In low-light conditions, when the camera flash is necessary, the i-zone can only photograph well no further than 1-2 feet away. For treasured photographic memories, this definitely isn't the camera to use: the photographic quality isn't the greatest. Also, the film (which also comes in sticker form) is pretty expensive. On the other hand, the i-zone is designed to use two regular "AA" sized batteries, not expensive camera batteries. For fun purposes, the i-zone is a great camera. Kids, teens, and adults that are kids at heart would like this item.

4-0 out of 5 stars I Love MY Izone!
I'd give the Izone camera 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that the flash button is very loose and turns on in my bag all the time, thus, draining out the batteries. Polaroid needs to redevelop the Flash button to stop doing that. Other than that, the camera is really cute! It is a serious conversation piece in any social situation. If you want to meet people and are shy, go out with a Lime Green Izone! People will flock to you like you wouldn't believe. But that's not why I bring my Izone out with me. I love the pictures it takes! Try and aim really close to your subject and you won't go wrong. The pics develop fast, and the border on the sticky film is all different colors! Be creative! Stick the pics around the house, on your computer, on your letters to friends, on notebooks, etc. All my friends have an Izone!

5-0 out of 5 stars Instant Flashcards
I got this camera to make picture flash-cards for my autistic spectrum daughter. The pictures are small enough to easily fit a number on each page of her card book but clear enough that she has no problem identifying them. I highly recommend the i-zone, and the sticky back pictures are very convenient.

5-0 out of 5 stars This is the perfect instant camera.
I highly recommend this i-Zone camera to anyone who wants to take focus free, good quality instant pictures. What you see in the viewfinder is exactly what you get (unlike other "toy" cameras where you have to guess what how your final photo will turn out). The photos come out crisp, clear and colorful.

This is a great camera to throw in your backpack and have handy at a moment's notice.

5-0 out of 5 stars Fantastic little camera
Polaroid's i-zone site tells me that this camera is aimed at people at least fifteen years younger than me. Okay. Whatever.

I've been a fan of it since it was invented, and I still am, even though I own digital cameras five hundred times more expensive. Casual photos are all about what you can do with them. The i-zone doesn't just produce pictures, it produces toys. Give them to people. Stick them on things. Take one of these to the pub and you'll get people queuing up to have their picture taken. Send them on postcards - many times cheaper and more convenient than a pocket-sized printer and glue.

Basically this camera is perfect for grown-ups with lives, as well as teenagers. And it's not exactly expensive either. If you like taking spontaneous photos, this is the device for you. No other camera has brought me as much enjoyment. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars bsb i-zone camera
I collect anything and everything Backstreet Boys (everything that the boys endorse, that is) so I had to have this. I only have one complaint, seriously, only one. It didn't come with any film! I received it in the mail, my girls and I were so excited, I put the stickers on it, and then put it away until I could get to the store to buy film. The price of the camera is way too high to not come with film guys. Can't you just stick one pack of film in the package so people can actually use the camera immediately. Otherwise it is so fun to use, and it makes it even better to have "I love A.J." on the front.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Camera, with Great Accessories!
This is a really cool camera! I had never even heard of i-zone, until the BSB promotion came out.

Since I'm such a huge fan, I HAD to buy one! I was pleasantly surprised! Not only was it COOL (neat little Backstreet Boys/Black & Blue camera strap, stickers - of the guys {individual and a group}, their names, an "i <3", an "is hot", the B&B World Tour logo, "The Backstreet Boys" and "The Official Camera of the Black & Blue Tour" - and a game piece to win tickets to their concert {didn't win}), but surprisingly, it was easy to use. I thought, with the instructions consisting mainly of pictures, that I would have difficulty using it, but it's really simple. I'm sure an adult could load the camera for a child, and the child could go from there.

I would suggest taking a test picture first, before you go out into the real world. Once I did that, I understood how to load the film, take the pic out, etc. I don't recommend taking it to a concert, though, unless you have front row seats (don't we all wish that!), backstage passes, or are just going to take pics of your friends there.

Other than that, I would TOTALLY recommend this camera for any BSB fan. It's a great collector's piece, not to mention functional!

1-0 out of 5 stars The different one is delivered.
The camera that was sent to me is the next camera.
"Polaroid i-zone Translucent Pocket Camera (Phat Blue)"
It is very regrettable.

5-0 out of 5 stars Kim's Backstreet I-Zone Review!
I love this I-Zone camera to death. When I bought it, I was like..."OMG!" hehe. It is a beautiful blue and the strap is cool because it is black with blue and white writing. It says "Backstreet Boys Black & Blue" which makes it more special to me. I love anything that has Backstreet Boys on it and I say, it was totally worth getting the camera. It is fun to use and I love to stick the pictures everywhere! Backstreet Boys have another great piece of merchandise with their name on it! Love it!

1-0 out of 5 stars BSB I-Zone Camera
I purchased this camera thinking it would be a BSB collectible. It's not even black and blue like it shows in the pictures...it's a wierd royal blue and cream color. It did not come with the BSB stickers or the BSB strap. The strap was a vinyl cream color, too. There's nothing on the camera that says anything about BSB or relates to the black & blue album. Don't waste your money! ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Fun
This is a cool little camera, but it's a good thing it comes with an intro pack of film..out of the 6 that I took, only 3 came out because I didn't pull the film out right away. The instructions don't really say this, they just have illustrations, it would be nice if polaroid had specified this. If you're ordering off of amazon, definitely pick up some film, you'll need it.

3-0 out of 5 stars It's a great camera, but one bad thing almost ruins it all
the CAMERA is great, but the film costs almost $1.00 PER picture, plus the pictures are about the size of the cotton on a bandage. If your'e a child, then I'd advise you to get a normal camera, not everything has to be instant.Pro: it's instant Con: film costs alot. normal camera pro: film doesn't cost alot Con: is'nt instant and may take quite a few days to arrive.

1-0 out of 5 stars Not like other polaroids
this was abig disappointment. The photos do not come out automatically like our regular Polaroid. This was a birthday present for my daughter and the first time out she pulled and three photos came straight out and did not tear off in between. I thoguht she'd be taking photos and sticking them everywhere, but the thing is gathering dust in a drawer somewhere.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great gift!
This simple little camera will be a huge hit at weddings, parties, goofy weekends hanging out with friends and family, and everything in between. I have a silver izone myself but gave 2 of these clear red ones for Christmas: fun and festive presents that I know will get lots of use. It would also be a wonderful gift for Valentine's Day, not only because of it's hot fireball colour, but because you and your honey can use it to record all kinds of happy moments together all year 'round.

4-0 out of 5 stars Camera's Great - Film Doesn't Stick
The camera is great for kids! Easy and fun to use. The camera should come with more detailed instructions on peeling the back off of the film to get it to stick. We've gone through roll and haven't figured it out yet. It is a fun camera for the price. ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars Polaroid I-Zone Camara
This camara was really fun to use and I had fun with it for a while. But unless you are living in a college dorm or somewhere else where you can use the pictures to do all the great stuff on the commercials,(Would anyone really do that anyway?)it is really no use. My camara also ran out of batteries very often, so all the pictures I took indoors, when the flash did not work, were ruined (plus the film is definetly not cheap). Don't get me wrong the camara is fun to use, but you need the right time to use it, or else you will end up with a pile of stickers sitting on the desk in your room, like me. ... Read more

Polaroid's updated version of the i-zone instant camera lets you personalize your camera with several fun, colorful faceplates that you can change on a whim to fit your mood, match your outfit, or match your favorite color. And because this camera has front and top changeable faceplates, you can mix-and-match the colors and patterns. It comes with two sets of color changeable faceplates that clip easily into place.

This i-zone isn't just the old version with colorful faceplates, however. Polaroid has also redesigned the entire body with a sleeker, more aerodynamic shape and feel; the smaller body fits into a pocket or bag easier than ever. But the new look does not affect the easy-to-use features of the original i-zone camera. It is still focus-free, with a built-in flash and simple film loading. The three settings, indoors (with flash), outdoor/sunny, and outdoor/cloudy allow you to pick the best mode for your scene or subject, adding to your creative control.

Capture lots of fun moments with instant pictures the size of a postage stamp, using either sticky or nonsticky film, then let your creativity go wild. Decorate notebooks, folders, invitations, anything you can think of! The more unique, the better. These mini-pictures are ideal for sharing and trading with your friends. 5-0 out of 5 stars Great little camera
This little instant camera is easy enough for my 5 year old grand daughter to use. Takes nice little pictures for the kids to carry around in their pockets. I got it for my husband but the kids found out how much fun it was to use and snatched up all the pictures and took them home. Makes a great little gift.

5-0 out of 5 stars Fun camera for all ages!
I read all the reviews and don't know why people don't think this is a fun camera! I'm a mom with little kids, I have a digital camera, an SLR, a point-n-shoot, a camcorder and now this I-zone - it's just plain fun to have. Oh, and I scrapbook too. This design is sleeker & easier to use than the original model - not so many parts poking out. I spent [money] for the camera at [a local discount store] & 3 pack of regular film is less than [money] there too ([money] more for sticky film.) So for instant photos - that price can't be beat. I used them as party favors at my 4 year old daughter's party - it was a hit! I can see us using it at school or any kid function. Photos are clear, note: instructions say it works best with photos taken 2 to 4 ft away from subject...with the small size of the photo you want it for close-ups anyway. I completely agree with the other reviews from "Neat little camera-April '03 and Fun!!!-Feb '02" I've found accessories (tiny photo album w/clip-on and magnet frames shaped like water splashes, photo key chains)on clearance at Ritz Camera and Wolf Camera stores...more items to go with this cool camera. I recommend getting it & just having some fun!

4-0 out of 5 stars Neat little camera
I bought this camera to take pictures of my toddler. The size of the pictures makes them great for scrapbooking, especially with the sticky film. I also bought this camera for my niece. I think it is great fun to have the instant satisfaction in a compact little photo. The photo quality is pretty good, but I'm still experimenting with indoor photos verses outdoor photos. One feature that I think is great is the flash. You set the flash, and once you take the picture the camera turns off. This is a great way to save the battery. I read some comments that the film is expensive, but at around 5.00 a box you get 12 pics that you don't have to get developed. Seems like a good deal to me.

2-0 out of 5 stars Not Worth It
The Polaroid i-zone camera was definately not worth the money I spent on it. The pictures are so tiny you can barely make out what's in them, plus the film is sooo expensive. If your willing to spend all your money on film then I guess it's an okay camera, but it's not even that much fun to use.

2-0 out of 5 stars Rip off
While the camera works fine, the film is so expensive that it is difficult to refill. This is not recommended as a gift, especially for younger people, to whom the ads seem to be aimed. ... Read more

Cool!
Once I saw this camera I wanted it! I have it now it is the coolest camera from polaroid! The camera is cool even the film is cool if you had to do a report with pictures this is what you need!If you want to have fun this is what you need less crapy more quality!

I-Zone Rocks!

4-0 out of 5 stars LOVE IT!!
This camera is SO awesome. My friend got one and then I did. I'm glad she suggested it to me. It's so fun. Just shoot it and... VOILA... the picture coes right out of the camera! It is so fun to play around with. The only egative thing about it is the film costs a LOT and you only get so many film sticks. Other than that, this is a really cool product. I would DEFINETLY add this to my wish list.

4-0 out of 5 stars I LOVED IT!!
The sleek and compact size is totally awesome for those "I wish I had my camera" moments. The only dissappointment was that sometimes the pics don't come out, like they will have an exposed streak in them. This only happened to me 2 times out of a whole bunch of rolls of film, and the other let down was the film is OUTRAGOUSLY EXPENSIVE!! It comes to almost a dollar a picture!!! i was like OOOMMMMGGG!

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Teen Pleaser!
I bought this camera for my nephew and he LOVES it! It allows him to take a picture and use it as a sticker to decorate his personal things. He takes pictures of his cousins that he doesn't get to see very often and sticks them on his school books, where he can see them everyday. It also will make a great locker decorator. I think it's a really great idea! He has made magnets out of the pictures too. ... Read more

This is a very, very fun camera, it takes really cute pictures and looks great also. The pictures are surprisingly good concidering they are only a little bit larger than a stamp. The Polaroid i-zone digital and instant Combo Camera splices together the popular i-zone instant camera with a basic digital camera. You can take an i-zone postage-stamp size picture, and then turn the camera over and take the same picture with the digital camera at a resolution of 640 x 480. This device is essentially two separate cameras that share one set of batteries. The digital camera has 1 MB of built-in memory and can store up to 18 images. Both the i-zone and digital camera use fixed-focus lenses, so you never need to worry about taking out-of-focus pictures. A serial cable is included to download your images to your PC. 3-0 out of 5 stars Great digital camera at this price-point
I have had this camera for several weeks and have taken almost 100 pictures so far on the original batteries (most with flash).
PROS: good contrasty images (maybe a bit too much at times);
sharp enough for 5x7 inch prints if Impressions software is used to sharpen (at default setting);
quite accurate color balance with or without flash (better than an Agfa CL18 I tried);
can take close-ups to about 18 inches;
DOES work fine with Windows 98 S.E., my parallel port scanner and USB printer, and I can also use HP PhotoSmart program to download images from the camera as well;
very inexpensive to purchase (if you subtract the cost of the included Instant camera and film).
CONS: narrow flash range for proper exposure (approx 4.5 to 7.5 feet: you can improvise a flash reduction filter for closer. I use a polarizer filter over the lens for this purpose: you can add a 'slave' flash unit for farther);
No add-on memory possible (max number of stored pictures varies from 16 to 18 at 640x480, dependent on detail contained in pictures; can only be deleted from camera memory with Photo Impression 2000 software);
hard to find a small carrying bag that fits snugly;
really need other photo manipulation software for certain changes, e.g. rotation of image (I use one from my scanner);
you must have a free serial mouse port (get a PS/2 mouse).

3-0 out of 5 stars Camera is good and excellent for the money - but, don't drop
I loved the camera and I love it more now that I've purchased a Mustek which is going back. Just be careful - don't drop it! The batteries burn out very quickly and it would be great if it came with some kind of adapter.

5-0 out of 5 stars camera has been highly underrated
`for being a dual camera it does what it says it does the only catch is you MUST use duracell batteries or the unit will NOT work...alot of people do not know this and therefore think the camera is faulty...its not....it takes wonderful digital pictures...for being a one focus lense......

2-0 out of 5 stars Battery drainer
This camera takes okay pics for the $, but it drains batteries really fast!!... I think I took about 15 pics with brand new batteries and already the batteries were drained.

1-0 out of 5 stars terrible quality, even for the price
i wouldn't recommend this one, not even for the price... the sticky film feature is kind of fun, but the digital camera is not good at all. it's virtually impossible to take pictures inside- they either come out way too dark so that you can't even decipher what it's supposed to be, or WAY too bright and over exposed, bleaches out every thing. the software that it comes with is not bad though, and the whole thing is self explanatory and very simple to use. ... 4-0 out of 5 stars Looks Cool
My nephew owns this camera.It makes very clear miniature photos(instantly)which are also stickers.My nephews' cam is purple and white.It looks very small and easy to carry.The only fault ,I think, with the product is that each roll of film is quite expensive.

5-0 out of 5 stars THE BEST
Its the best. Only the trial pack the on that comes with the camera has only 6 pictures and isn't a sticky back. It wish I could give it 10 stars. ... Read more

Amazon.com Review

Polaroid's i-zone pocket cameras produce tiny, high-quality Polaroid pictures about the size of a frame of 35mm film (or your average postage stamp). The i-zones use either sticky or nonsticky instant film, so you can put your pictures in a frame or stick them onto your notebook or portable CD/MP3 player. While the cameras all have the same funky oblong plastic design, they are available in a variety of interesting color schemes. The camera turns itself off automatically after each shot to conserve battery power.

Loading the camera is as easy as dropping the film cartridge into the back of the camera and closing it back up. The trickiest part is remembering to pull the film tab out in one fluid motion, without stopping--exactly like most other Polaroids. When you expose a shot and pull out the film, you get something that looks like a Band-Aid, with an image in the middle and extra paper on both ends. Just clip the extra paper off with a pair of scissors and you have your final product. Be careful not to cut into the actual photo, as you don't want to give the caustic paste inside a chance to seep out and get on your fingers.

There are three exposure settings on the i-zone--indoors (with flash), outdoor/sunny, and outdoor/cloudy. Overall, the camera is probably best for subjects within two to eight feet, although we took pictures of downtown buildings that turned out pretty well. The outdoor/sunny setting requires bright sun directly on the subject for a good exposure. Even if it isn't cloudy, try using the outdoor/cloudy setting if the subject is in shadow or if it is early or late in the day when the sunlight isn't at full strength. The flash seems to work best from about four to five feet away.

The best part is figuring out what to do with the mini photos once you've created them. The options seem to be limitless, from decorating cell phones to using them as key chains, putting them in mini frames, or making refrigerator magnets. These cameras are affordable, simple to use, and a lot of fun.--Walt Opie ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Love it...
I bought this camera to take pics of my wedding guests for my guest book....I love it! The film is a little pricey, but that's the cost on instant gratification I suppose. The sticky stuff is nice, not sticky enough to ruin anything, but will stay on a computer monitor, magnet, or in a book.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Camera
I just received my camera today, and I already love it. I have taken four pictures, and have tried not to take anymore, because I want my film to last. The pictures turned out remarkably good for such a small camera. Pretty much, this camera is all around adequate, except for a few flaws. The first flaw is that the instruction booklet is very confusing, because it only uses pictures, and there is a release button on the side of the camera, and if anything hits it, it will open up exposing the film. This is hardly a problem; you just have to be careful with it. I recommend this camera to anyone, including people who aren't even interested in photography.

5-0 out of 5 stars Really great camera, but the film is kinda pricy
This is a really durable camera. i've dropped it about a billion times, and it still works as well as ever! The focus isn't all that great, and the pix aren't SUPER high quality, but considering the price... but the pix are absolutely adorable. the size is so cute. i definitely recommend this camera!

4-0 out of 5 stars i-zone
It's ok but i wish the film was cheaper and it had a tiny bit bigger piture.

5-0 out of 5 stars Greatest Instant Camera
This camera is great! Not only is it extremely affordable but it takes instant pictures. It's small enough to fit in your pocket and the smaller sized pictures are great for small picture frames. Also you have the option of buying regular i-zone film or sticky i-zone film which the kids just love! The film is also cheaper priced than other polaroid type cameras, and when you consider the cost of developing film its even more reasonibly priced than regular film. I definately recommend it for children, teenagers, or someone looking for an extra, more playful, camera ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Polaroid i-zone
This is one of my cameras that I have that I love. It's cute and easy to use and it fits in your bag come on you know you love it I know I do. It's good for parties or to go to the park for the day.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great for parties, outings, and general use
This camera can be a wonderful tool when capturing all kinds of up close photos. The pictures can make outrageous statements than better said in a normal snap shot. Additionally this camera produces instant gratification - and you can give them away as quick as you take them. The sticky feature is nice, although I prefer the non-stick. These make great additives to notes, wallets, computers, anywhere really - my fridge is loaded with them. If you shop around for the film it ends up being about 50 cents a picture. Basically if you're looking for non-traditional pics to spice up your life, this would be the way to go!

And as others have noted, the flash button is a little loose, so act responsibly and you obviously need to get up close to the person you are photographing (or thing) because they are small images. If you want big images or negatives don't buy this product.

4-0 out of 5 stars So Simple To Use............
I am a 12 year old that LOVES to take pictures. This camera is great because all I have to do is snap the picuture and pull out the film. Then, if I want to give the picture to my friend, I just cut off the extra paper and give it to them. It is so simple I even let my 4 year old sister take a picture and then let her take out the film.

4-0 out of 5 stars Very Cool
This camera is light, VERY easy to use, fun, and SO VERY convenient if you don't like waiting for the photo shop to develope your pictures, and great when you like capturing lots of nice moments between friends, family, and pets. It takes awesome pictures inside AND outside. And you can pick your own cool color, and pick your own funky design you want of the paper the picture comes out on. It is SOOOOOOOO easy to use. And the picture developes fast. But......and I hate to use that word, there was one tiny flaw that kind of disappointed me, the fact that the pictures are smaller than what they advertise them to be, they're not super duper tiny, but they are pretty small, so it makes the faces of the people hard to make out if your not RIGHT UP in their face taking the picture. But other than that, the sticky film takes good pic's and is fun to stick everywhere around you. But the film is kinda pricey for only 12 photo's per package, but I personally think its worth it, so I recomend buying one.

5-0 out of 5 stars Excellent Buy
I bought this camera for my neice who is a teenager. She couldnt thank me enough for it. She loved the color of the camera as well. You can also use Polaroid Sticky Film, that you can use to decorate just about anything with. It makes this product even more enjoyable. She has gotten alot of use out of this camera. This is a camera for all ages. I highly recommend it. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Smile...
This small camera is ideal for young children to adults. It provides the user with instant pictures. Film for the camera can be purchased with a sticky or nonsticky backing and is easily intalled into the camera. The mediocre flash adds some functionality to the fun camera. The flashy colors and design add a blast of "ah-ha" to the cameras overall appearence. Althought the film is moderately expensive in relation to regular film, the addition of the "neat effect" balance the two. With a relatively low retail price, you will be investing in a camera and a great time!

5-0 out of 5 stars Fun camera!
I've had my i-zone camera since they first came out, and I constantly use it (when I can afford the film, that is!). I've bought a few more for friends as gifts, and everyone seems to enjoy them. The i-zone camera is a fun thing to take small pictures with, and the sticky film is awesome!

1-0 out of 5 stars Piece of junk.
Picture quality is consistently extremely poor. Very small image. Film is over priced. Camera breaks extremely easily. Images do not scan well even on a high quality scanner. I think the product is mostly just a gimick and a fad which I hope disappears quickly. I recieved one for free as a prize in a contest at a web site. Tried it out, and I think it's completely useless. I would not even purchase as a gift for someone. Reguardless as to how much they want it except to satisfy curiosity. It will most likely end up either collecting dust or being sold at garage sales for a penny. However, if it goes out of production quickly enough maybe they'll become collectables.

4-0 out of 5 stars Sort of Cheap Fun
I often buy this as a gift, especially for the 8-12 year old group. It's easy to use and the pictures aren't bad - they're about 1 X 1 1/2 inches and have the same fuzzy flattering quality of the regular size Polaroids. The film isn't cheap, though, and after the kids run through the measly 5 picture roll that's included, Mom and Dad or older kids with allowances get to shell out close to [price] for another 3-roll pack (12 pictures each). But it is fun and kids of all ages love it.

5-0 out of 5 stars Polaroid I Zone Camera
I love my I Zone camera, but what I don't like about it is that the film isn't very good. What I mean is, it's sharp and everything, but the sticky stuff on the back isn't very durable. Also, it's about 50 cents a shot. I'm 12 years old, so that's a bit expensive for me. Another thing is, I can only find sticky film. The closest place to my house I could find non sticky film was 5 miles away (and I can't even drive yet) But that's not something to judge the camera by.) I would recomend the camera to anyone who's under 15. ... Read more
