Bushnell NatureView Plus (13-2000) Binocular
This binocular has a nice tight feel. It is easy to focus, light in weight, and is very easy to adjust. The field of view is actually 441 feet at 1000 yards, not the advertised 330 yards. This was an error in the specifications as listed on the Amazon web site. Bushnell indicates that this model ( 13-2000 ) has a 441 feet @ 1000 yard field of view.
The unit I initially received had a minor flaw on the interior coating of one of the objective lenses. Apparently there is some room for improvement with Bushnell's quality control program.
I am waiting for a replacement of this same model, so I would say that overall I am pleased with the unit. ... Read more

Worked well - no problem with eye fatigue watching football
Based on another reviewer's recommendation, I at first got the Bushnell Powerview 4x30 instead of these Xtra-Wide 4x21s. But I just wasn't satisfied with the field-of-view of the 4x30s (not only do the specs overestimate their ability, but they only apply to the width of view, not the height). With the 4x21s, the field of view actually seemed to be larger than the specs indicate, and provided a nice round image, as tall as it was wide. It was like the difference between night and day! Also, I didn't experience any eye fatigue as the other reviewer mentioned: this may be because I was watching football instead of basketball (less constant action and movement). But to be honest, if I get eye fatigue from these 4x21s, I would still rather use them than the 4x30s--I can take a break or let a friend use them if my eyes start getting tired (besides, I never like holding binoculars up to my head the whole game anyway).

Great For The Money/Use
I've used and sold MANY types of binos. For CLARITY, weight, size, & price, these are REALLY good. Understand that their intended use is a wide field of view, such as sporting events, not magnification.

Perfect for sports events and outdoor theaters
I bought a pair of the Bushnell 900' Xtra-Wide Binoculars and they were perfect for what I needed. I originally bought a pair of 8x42 Binoculars which were too powerful for watching sports. These Binoculars were perfectly clear with a wide viewing area. They caused no strain on my eyes and the focus was automatic and constant. If you go to sports events....this is a must have.

Wide field of view...but not sharp edge-to-edge
These binoculars do have an extra-wide field of view (900' at 1000 yards, vs. 650' for the Bushnell Powerview 4x30's), as advertised. I purchased these specifically for watching NBA games from my third-level seats in the Rose Garden, and the field-of-view was about the size of the court. Unfortunately, the focus towards the edges is very poor, so I still had to move the binoculars back and forth to keep the action in focus. Also, either the fixed-focus or the lack of constant focus seems to force your eyes to do a lot of focusing work when you pan the binoculars. After following the players running up and down the court for about five minutes, my eyes had problems focusing without them for nearly an hour!

I returned these and purchased the Bushnell Powerview 4x30's for about 1/8th the price. The Powerviews are smaller & lighter, and the view is razor-sharp edge-to-edge. You can't see as much of the court at once, but my eyes are much happier now. ... Read more

Not good if you wear glasses
My cheap 10X50 Rugged Exposure brand binoculars give me a better view. The rubber eye cups did not stay folded back for use with my glasses and I couldn't get my glasses close enough to eleviate the round "binocular effect". I did a side-by-side comparison with my cheap binocs and liked the cheap ones better - my vision is not that bad either. Maybe with perfect vision they would work for, but I doubt it. ... Read more

After Years These Binoculars Are Still Giving Their All
I got these binoculars a couple of years ago as a Christmas gift from my grandfather for Christmas a couple of years ago and time and again they have been a joy to use. Last time I used it extensivly was during my 8th grade D.C. field trip where I used this to get a clear view inside the Whitehouse while still in the park area (about 400 or 500 yards away) just to give you an idea of how powerful this thing is. Its ease of use is magnificant too especially with its one touch focus system which takes the hassle out turning a knob constantly to get the right focus like other binoculars but instead with one touch on the control you can get the exact focus. This thing also is has comfortable eye rests that makes viewing in them comfortable to the skin around your eyes instead of a skin agitation like some other binoculars. Pretty good for what I use it for
I got this binocular because of a lack of selection at any local stores here, even though I can't find reviews for it hoping they would turn out good.

It turned out nice, and works good for what I use it for (watching animals from far off, zooming in on the golfers at a near by course, some minor astonomy...). Being a zoom binocular they probably aren't as sharp as set magnification ones, but that doesn't matter to me for what I use it for.

It seems to be a good all around binocualar: easy to get it focused, good range, not too heavy, works decent enough in low light, plus it comes with a really nice leather carry bag.

Only downside I found is that the zoom switch jammed on the 1st one I got, and I had to return it for a new one, and the zoom on the new one is a little shoddily made aswell. ... Read more
